AN515-55, Earbuds and Audio it's not working with my laptop.

Hello readers,

I had a set of earbuds that I usually use, and I got this laptop a few weeks ago. They have worked before, and whenever I plug them in, there's a ding sound and I select that they're headphones and the audio transfers from speakers to earbuds. However, right now, it's not working with my laptop.

I have plugged the earbuds into my phone, and they still work, so I don't think it's a problem with the earbuds.

I went to the audio output devices and looked to see if the earbuds were listed, but it just had the option of Realtek speakers. I also did not get the popup that asks me to select what type of device it is (speakers, headphones, headset).

Does anyone know what's wrong?
