Is ram frquency 2666mhz and 2667 mhz the same?

im looking to add 8 more gigs of ram to my acer nitro 7 but it has a ram with 2667 mhz and i cant find any 2667 rams at amazon. are they the same?

No, you can mix different brands of memory but the specification and size should be same.
