Hi, I would like to get some opinions on what is happening with my Acer Aspire 5. I bought this laptop in March of this year, main uses are MS Office and light gaming. Link to laptop with full specs and summary below:

https://www.amazon.de/dp/B07W691J5V/ref=pe_3044161_185740101_TE_item

Acer Aspire 5 (A514-52G-59FW), Intel Core i5-10210U, GPU Nvidia Geforce MX250 2GB, 1TB SSD PCIe

For starters the laptop is advertised with QWERTY backlit keyboard. It was delivered with QWERTZ keyboard and no back light. I decided to ignore this minor inconvenience. But I have been dissatisfied with its performance as well, and that was the main strength of this 800EUR laptop.

Issue #1: GPU performance is very disappointing. When I say I use it for light gaming it means I play League of Legends once every other day. The GPU started performing well but over time FPS was dropping and I was reducing the graphic settings. Now, on the absolute minimum settings I am having unplayable <10 FPS on the game. This is insane, doesn't make sense with a dedicated GPU and a very light game on lowest specs mode.

All drivers are updated, I performed a full repair of LoL, monitored temperature with MSI Afterburner and it never surpassed 75 degrees C. Out of curiosity I disabled the Nvidia GPU and voilá, my FPS is significantly better in the 60-80 range with the integrated intel GPU. If anyone can shed some light on what might be wrong please help me out, I am losing my mind and super disappointed that I spent months looking for the perfect laptop, paid more than I had planned so I could have the desired specs and I am severely let down by it.

Issue #2: Microphone issues. The built-in mic stopped working and I spent a few days searching for it on the web until I found out it's a windows 10 issue with privacy settings. After I fixed this the mic started working again, but volume is extremely low. I increased all of the mic volume settings, including the mic sound boost in db, but it is still impossible to hear. This makes me suspect that it might be an issue with the hardware itself (the laptop mic).

I don't know if this is the best place to ask but I am lost and frustrated with the problems I have had with this laptop that is only 6 months old. If anyone has any recommendations or guidance I would sincerely appreciate it.
