Helios 300 3.5mm jack headset mic sound low

I bought the helios 300 2020 rtx2060​ lastweek on saturday.   The first few days works great, but on friday my friend says the mic sounds very very low. I've been trying to fix it for 2 days now and don't seem to get ut work. When I try using a usb headset it works perfectly, when I try my airpods it works great, but just when I use the 3.5mm jack headset it doesn't work. The mic sounds very low. Please help asap

Have you try to update game driver with geforce experience ?

I just updated the geforce experience 2 days ago, Idk if thatz's what you meant.
