Hi, recently i bought a gaming monitor nitro xv 2 series (xv272u) as my external screen for my laptop. When i connect it as my external screen, i found out that the refresh rate stuck at 60hz instead of 144hz. I try to set up in the advance display setting and it only provide me the option of 2560 x 1440 (60 Hz). I am connecting the monitor via the hdmi port. So i would like to know what is the problem of the refresh rate getting stuck at 60 Hz, is it because that i am connecting via HDMI port instead of Display port?

  • Hello,
    1. Do you use the HDMI cable shipped with the monitor (HDMI 2.0)?
    2. What laptop model do you own exactly?
    France
