Acer Nitro Battery Not Charging

I bought an Acer Nitro 4 months ago and I've loved it so far. Two days ago I noticed the battery isn't charging anymore. It sits at 5% while it is plugged in and won't charge any. As soon as I unplug it, it dies. Now it is starting to die even though its plugged in. I'm looking for some help before I send it in to get looked at and lose it for 15-20 days now. I've uninstalled my battery drivers, but didn't work. I also looked for the battery reset, but my model doesn't have the pin hole reset. Does anyone have any recommendations to try to fix it? I apologize in advance, I don't have much technical computer knowledge.

i think your battery is fully drained out. you need to replace the battery as soon as possible. you can check your laptop battery status from the HWINFO softare
