Does anyone know where I can find the driver for the camera on this model?  Updating it from Device Manager doesn't solve the issue I'm having so it was suggested I download it directly from Acer.  I didn't see it under drivers and downloads for this model on the website.  Thanks,

It's part of the USBus system. Open DeviceManager again. Do you see any red or yellow warnings? If none, click on imaging devices folder. Right click on the camera and uninstall it. Exit DeviceManager without trying to re-install anything. Then open ControlPanel. Search 'button'. Click 'change what the power buttons do' in the left pane. Scroll down and uncheck the box for fast startup. (You might have to click on 'change setting that currently are unavailable' to change it). Shut down Windows normally. Turn it back on. Jack E/NJ

Automatic Windows updates often cause these issues. So I suggest that you open ControlPanel. Search 'restore point'. Click 'create a restore point' in the left pane.  In the box that pops up, make sure SystemProtection is turned on. If it happens again and the DeviceManager trick doesn't work, you can identify which update caused the issue, restore the system to before the update, and temporarily block the errant update till a future update fixes the problem.  Jack E/NJ
