I just recently bought an Acer Nitro AN515-55-50S0. The problem is that I want to change the audio profile. Does this laptop have a graphic equalizer?

It depends on specific "premium" audio packages included in specific computer models.

If your computer model is a basic model, then your graphic equalizer is either in the old legacy Realtek HD audio manager or the new Realtek Audio Console (which is downloaded from the Microsoft Store).

If your computer model is a "premium" model and comes with "premium" audio apps like DTS or nahimic or icepower or Dolby, then you use the "premium" equalizer in the "premium" audio app.

I do have the premium version, The laptop has DTS audio. Its just weird that it does not have any graphic equalizer. I did download the right drivers and software in the Drivers & Manual Page. Also i cannot change the settings in of the Acer True Harmony in the Nitro Sense app. Its stuck in the music. Tried reinstalling it a few times. Cant change audio settings.

You haven't said anything about the Realtek Audio Console.

Some "premium" audio apps don't offer the traditional 10 band graphic equalizer, Nahimic is a prime example. In that case, end user is completely out of luck because the computer manufacturers don't want you to have multiple equalizers to ruin the sound --- so they remove the 10 band graphic equalizer in the Realtek Audio Console and all you get is vaguely worded Nahimic presets.

Make sure that "enable audio enhancements" is ON.

Also go to services.msc and try to find if there are ANY audio related services that are NOT enabled/started at bootup --- re-enable/restart them.
