Maximum ethernet speed on my laptop?

Hello,

I am the owner of an Acer Predator Helios 300 PH317-53-70SS.
I currently have a 1GBPS optic fiber connection, but my provider just called me offering 5GBPS at almost the same price, with a box capable of a single 2.5GBPS, which is a shame since I only use this computer, but its still way better than 1GBPS.

I am looking in the specs of the computer and the device mananger and I can't find out if my laptop's network card can actually handle this speed.

Any advice would be appreciated, it is good enough? Can i replace the network card or should I consider an external one or something else?
