Helios P517-61 Vega 56 Artifacts and glitches in games

Good day everyone! 

I have recently purchased this bad boy and encountered issues with the glitches and artifacts in games. 
I did clean install of Win10 2004, installed GPU driver from the support page, all other drivers were also updated. 
I have also changed thermal grease on both CPU and GPU. Thermal pads were not changed. 
Now when I set fan speed to Auto (PSense), I got artifacts and glitches in 3DMark, sometimes scenes do force close. 
Same happens in games - glitches and force close. No error messages, no reboots etc. 
When I set fans speed to 70-100%, everything works perfectly except for a Helicopter like noise). No crashes, no artifacts, all benchmarks pass, games run well. 
I checked the GPU with Furmark, with OCCT - stress tests with 100% GPU and memory load run perfectly with no errors or frequency decrease. Temps are around 70C. 
I also did clean install of new AMD drivers since DOOM Eternal and Horizon do not want to work with Acer's outdated drivers. Drivers that I installed are 20.8.3, 20.2.2 and other from Vega 56 section. 
Changing drivers did not help a bit - same problem with crashes and artifacts if fans are set to Auto. 
I suppose that this can be caused by a physical issue - GPU chip, memory, power nodes failure or something, but then all stress tests are passed with no errors, and then I think that this can be a graphics driver issue as well. This, however, can be countered by the fact that even Acer drivers do not fix this issue. 

If anyone have encoutered this issue or know similar - please advice if the laptop should be returned or there is a solution to this issue?

I have a lot of same error.
But glitches, artifacts, driver crashes, bsods happend on maximum cooler speed.
This laptop - worst laptop that i have before.
