my Acer Swift 3 SF314-57 supports usb-c charger I believe. Question is can i simply charge it using my Mobile phones usb-c charger. When i connect to the my Samsung s 10s charger, i think it is pretty powerful charger, It shows that laptop is charging but i dont see the progress, only icon is changing as "Charging". if it is possible what kind of charger i need?

Your normal charger is a 45W charger at 19V. Specs on your Thunderbolt port are:
    Thunderbolt Port
    • Up to 40Gbps Thunderbolt transmission
    • Support USB3.1 Gen 1/2 and Displayport 1.4
    • System charging up to 15W
So trying to charge through that will pretty much just let the battery last longer, not increase the charge while running. You could likely charge overnight with the laptop off though.
