cer aspire e14 e5-475g-50st Unable to access acer recovery mode

Hi guys any idea on my acer aspire e14 e5-475g-50st laptop? When i turn it on it will display preparing automatic repair, after a few minutes it will just display a black screen with a mouse pointer. I tried rebooting it and press alt+f10 but it will just display please wait then the black screen with a mouse pointer again after a few minutes. I also tried using a windows 10 bootable usb drive but it will just display a blue screen with a mouse pointer. I can still access the bios settings. Is this software related or it is already on the hardware side?

In BIOS,  1.Navigate to the Main tab by using the arrow keys “→” or “←”.

2. See if the D2D Recovery option is marked as “Enabled” or “Disabled”. If it is disabled, highlight the D2D Recovery option, press Enter and then select “Enabled”.

4. Press F10 to save and exit. When you see the Acer logo, hold Alt and tap F10. 

This will resolve your issue.
