    Hi @Onchan

    Try power draining your unit

    1) Press and hold the power button of your laptop until the laptop is totally off.

    2) Unplug the power cable and the battery from your laptop.

    3) Leave your laptop for a few seconds

    4) Plug the power cable and the battery back to your laptop.

    5) Power on your computer. Then check to see if this fixes your keyboard.

If it doesn't work, try another method

    Try Updating Keyboard Driver :

    1) Download and Install Driver Easy.

    2) Run Driver Easy and click the Scan Now button. Driver Easy will then scan your computer and detect any problem drivers.

    3) Click on the Update button next to the keyboard to download the latest and correct driver for this device. You can also click the Update All button at the bottom right to automatically update all outdated or missing drivers on your computer (this requires the Pro version — you will be prompted to upgrade when you click Update All).

Click Accept if this was useful to you!!  :)
