Is there a way to get the windows 10 lock screen to appear in my acer swift 3?

As of recently my Acer swift 3 laptop started malfunctioning. And the main problem currently is that windows won't display the lock screen bar so that i can log in. What it usually does is that either it freezes in the windows wallpaper screen, i can move the mouse but clicking and sliding up wont qork or pressing the a key or i can press space and the wall paper screen moves but the bar that allows me to log in wont appears. 

I've tried multiple things, default settings in the bios. Trying to get in to safe mode and other thing but the problem still persist. Anyone knows what can i doo?

1)On the lock screen click on the power button on the lower right corner then hold down the shift key while clicking on restart, this will cause the device to boot to the Windows recovery environment screen, from there you can perform startup repair, do system restore

you might want to try the following troubleshooting suggestions:

* Once you are on the locked screen, press any key ( Spacebar, Enter or Backspace ), it should take you to the next page where the system will be asking for your password.

* Once you've reached the locked screen, press Control + Alt + Delete to get you to the next page where the system will ask for your password.

* If still you are unable to go to the page where the system will be asking for your password, we suggest for you to try the next troubleshooting step.
