Warranty period for predator helios 300

I recently ordered a acer predator helios 300 from flipkart and I did registered the notebook on acer. However, when I tried to check my warranty using my SNID, the message said "Information for this product is not available. For further assistance, visit support.acer.com and select your country of residence."
I am completely lost as acer won't answer my emails either. Can anyone of you help before the return period on this thing ends.
