Why can't I choose my 240hz option?

So the problem is that I've noticed that my "NEW Acer Predator XB3 27" 240Hz 1ms 1080p G-Sync Gaming Monitor" Didn't had 240hz as a choice on it since before I had 240hz on at all the times. So then I went to my NVIDIA Control Panel to revert back to 240hz but, when I click the options I've noticed that the only options were 50, 59, 60. So I was confused, because I never encountered this problem until I was switching my DP cords for the monitors I had.

So I was wandering if you guys can help me solve this problem with my monitor, thanks.

Sounds like you should switch the DP cables back.
