Try changing the adapter's preferred band to 5GHz in DeviceManager. Jack E/NJ

    Hi,
Have you tried switching the Channel Width to 160MHz? If not give it a try in the Router settings.

Local router settings are usually accessed through a browser. Do you know its address? If not, try 192.168.000.001 or 192.168.001.001 as the internet address. Also did you try to change the preferred band to 5GHz or 2.4GHz yet. Jack E/NJ

  • Hi @vishalganvir
You need to find out whether the router can handle 160MHz, please find out the make and model of your router, then google for the method to access the settings to  change Channel Width.

The preferred band setting is for the wifi card in DeviceManager properties advanced tab menu. Not the router settings. Jack E/NJ
