You need to install the driver using the installer exe and also you need to install the realtek audio console.

The same problem occurs, when reinstalling windows, pressing alt + f10 before the acer logo?

I dont want to re-install my windows because I have a lot of valuable files on this computer. I cant copy them to a USB drive.

Did you try to restore windows to an earlier date than the problem?

How do I do that? I'm totally new to computers

Go to settings, update and security, recovery, restore the pc.

Unzip the file, run setup.exe and then run Microsoft Store to pull the app.

I suggest you download a live linux distribution, to check if the sound problem still occurs.
