Hello Everyone.
My Acer-Aspire-3-A315-31 gives me a headache. I can't use it unless plugged in the AC charger.
Could it be the built-in battery? If so, where can it be replaced?

Thank you in advance.

First open the back of your Acer-Aspire-3-A315-31 and press the "Reset Battery Button" and see if the battery works after? If not then it could be that your battery is dead and won’t hold charge when not unplugged into mains! Also, it could be that the battery pug has come lose internally, which is highly unlikely. I would replace the battery first and see if that fixes the problem? If not, then systematically diagnose other problems e.g. DC Power pug and cable and battery connection at mainboard pug and connection.

    The method worked just fine🙂.
Except, the PC only works on flat surfaces when plugged out.
If I put it to sleep, and put it in my bag, it'll shut itself down just like that.🤨
