Hi Acer Philippines. I physically purchased Aspire i3 10th Gen Laptop in SM Megamall, through VILLMAN Store last August 21, 2020. I register the info of the laptop to the website last August 24, 2020 for the WARRANTY as per instruction of one of your agent in Villman Megamall. I received an email stated that I need to wait for 5 business days for the result of my registration for warranty. It is 5 business day today, but I haven't received any email for the result of registration for WARRANTY. Could someone from your office help me about this? I hope you understand that WARRANTY is important especially if the gadget is expensive. I hope for your immediateanswer and kind consideration for this matter. Thank You!
