ACER Poland customer support issue with Acer Aspire A515.

Hi All,

At first sorry for a little offtopic, but I have no idea, where I can write it.
I have a problem with Acer Support Poland with my laptop Acer Aspire A515. 
From more then one month it is still under warranty repair (3rd time).
I asked them to fix hinges on my computer, they need 2 weeks to do that, but unfortunately during this fix they almost damaged each case of the computer + usb socket and they send it back to me...
Next day the computer back to them but they fix only some of them and forget about the rest... now its 3rd time and still waiting.
Each time it takes 2 weeks for them to "fix it".
I asked them to contact me some of manager but without any response, only call center <lol>

Acer Poland what is wrong with you! Do you have any customer support? You need us only when we buy your stuff!!!

    Check some photos from first repair:
    On this photo you can see how they screwed the buttom case, so that the screw came out at the top :-):
