Slow Startup of Acer Care Center

Hi, I'm using an Acer Nitro 5 (2020) and I've learned that I can stop the battery from charging after 80% in Acer Care Center. It has been turned on ever since. However, after 1 month of using this laptop, it needs to be turned on manually everytime, which is annoying. It does not appear immediately as a background application.

Notes:

- Acer Care Center does not appear in the startup applications that you can disable/enable in Task Manager or even in the app itself (in the Tuneup section).

- It is the latest version (4.00) which is the one available via the Microsoft Store and if you check the available software and drivers for the laptop.

So my question is this:

- Is there a way to prioritize this application or force it into starting up? or

- Is there an alternative application that can do the same functionality for the battery?

Click Windows key + r and type shell:startup and minimize that window
Open start menu and type acer care center and go to hover to acer care center app
Right click on it and click open file location
When that windows appears, right click on the app and hover over of to the option "send  to" and then click Desktop.
Go to your desktop and right click on the short cut that appeared on your desktop
click copy and then open the folder that you opened first when you typed shell:startup
right click in that folder and click paste
if you don't want to see the acer care center window when you open the PC, just hide it in side the folder by right clicking on it
click properties
check the box next to Hidden and then click apply

Can you give the exact model of the laptop? Example an515-51-75kz.
