Acer Nitro 5 Keeps Starting and Stopping Charging (AN515-51-55WL)

Hi! Been having this issue for a bit, and nothing seems to really be wrong other than this. My Laptop, model AN515-51-55WL, will have moments where it will go in parts of stopping and starting charges. It usually happens when it goes down to 80% (Yes, it doesn't constantly charge while plugged in anymore,) in which it'll finally start charging. It's here the issue starts, with stopping and starting over and over, roughly finally finishing once it hits 92%. It'll stop and start draining again, until it hits 80%, and once more start again.

I have done an Acer Care Check, and it says the battery is in Good Health. However, I do notice when it's in the "calm" periods, the orange charge light is blinking; but when it goes into this frenetic phase, the light is more solid.

Try checking battery wear with the hwinfo64 and also calibrate the battery:

Also try uninstalling the AC adapter and battery drivers in the device manager. Try resetting the battery and check if your model has this button:
