Nitro 5 na515-51 2,5" samsung sata 1TB not working - internal SATA destroyed?

is it posibile that i have a hardware problem ?

i can see both HDs in Bios
256 GB HD m.2 SSD in the bios
1TB Samsung v-NAND SSD 869 QVO

updated bios to 1.22 today
downloaded all win10 updates

i cant see the 2.5 " HD in my op filebrowser. if i check with windows device management i only see disc 0. if i check with partition magic, i only see disc0, thats my m.2 disc.

i opened my laptop to check if cable looks good. i could not check it, because 1 USB cable is blocking the access and i trued to unplug it from the mainbord, but it did not work. thank GOD my usb is still working...
i belive since i see both drives under general info inside the BIOS, all should be good from an hardware point of view.

btw if i test it with a 2nd 2.5 mechanical western digital HD, i have same issues.

both 2.5" drives work if i connected them via USB.

is my internal SATA destroyed?

ahh, i forgot to add. once any of my to 2.5" HDDs is connected and inside the slot2, my WLAN doesnt work anymore. cant connect to my router.

a) press windows + r and type msconfig. Go to system startup and activate safeboot. Then restart windows;b) then, uninstall and delete this driver:

i created a win10 usb bootstick from microsoft.com. booted the laptop with m.2 disc disabled and hd 2 enabled with both discs. i had weird problems, i could not get into the microsoft partion manager. 1 time i got a ntfs bluescreen, 1 time just blue, 1 time black, 1 time nothing.

i managed to remove the usb calbe inside the laptop that is blocking the sata cable, but i was unable to remove the sata cable. could it be the wrong sata cable?

its enclosed with this black tape. also there is some weird plastic on it. i checked a dismanteling video and in the video it looked different.

in order to boot from the usb stick, i had to change settings from uefi to legacy in the bios.

For the usb stick to work in uefi mode, convert it to gpt and format it in fat32.

windows setup partition manager ignores filesystem of disc.

i come to the conclusion that my HW is damaged.

If the ssd and hdd appear in the bios information tab, I believe it is not a hardware problem. Do hdd and ssd appear in the device manager?

they dont apear in windows device manager, not in partinion magic, not inside microsoft setup partition manager. i only see them in bios.

windows setup part manager ignores filesystem. but i dont see them as hardware.

i did and it did not help.

when i boot the laptop with the usb stick and windows installer, the both hds dont come up in the windows partion manager. below is a pic, in my case its empty, if i get there. my system crashes before i get to that point.
