Hi!
I have an Acer Aspire E15 E5 573G, with original battery and original battery charger. The UEFI is update to the last version.
The problem starts one year ago, when, while i was playing, my battery charger started to charge intermittently my PC. As soon as I closed the game, the AC adapter would charge the battery smoothly.
Now the problem got worse.
The AC adapter connects and disconnects continuously (without touching it) as soon as the PC turns on and for the duration of the session. When I switch off the PC, the AC adapter starts to charge the battery (I can see it because I see the orange led).
I tried (with no succcess):
1) unistall battery and AC adapter drivers
2) Update the UEFI
3) Battery Hard reset
4) Phisically clean PC from the inside
5) Restore Windows 10
6) Battery test with battery Care (and it is good)
7) Test AC adapter with tester (and it works perfectly)
What can I do now?
Thank you all.

If no other symptoms or problems (shutdowns, slowness, ) accompany this, then there's probably nothing wrong other than possibly a non-Microsoft virus scanner or other startup programs/processes are using a lot of power in the background that require both battery power and charger power at the same time. During these times, the battery must stop charging intermittently to supply the extra power the charger can't supply on it's own. Jack E/NJ
