Video no signal

Hi,

I recently started having problems with my desktop. It has the r7 integrated graphics its older yes but not done at least I though. When I went to wake my pc there was no input, reset the device a few times no luck. Was able to get into the advantaced settings and the bios, and then eventually into safe mode with display. Figuring this may be a driver issue I uninstalled the graphics drivers and restarted for windows to reinstall the drivers. It booted up to windows and started logging in then the signal was lost again it got further after the driver uninstall but still the issue persisted. I've used the cords and monitor on other devices and they run without issue. Plus I was able to get visuals in bios and safe mode. Only a normal windows boot leaves me no video signal. Has my graphics card bit the dust? If its integrated is my motherboard on the way down too? Is this not a hardware failure and something I can fix in safe mode

Have you done any hardware and software change right before the problem happened ? Windows update ?

I also believe it is Windows driver problem. If you have some Linux OS, you can test it with the Linux OS.
How about reset BIOS to default and try again?

I installed ps4 remote play was the only software change. No hardware change. I also attempted to revert the last windows update as well via advanced setting before booting into safe mode

Got it to boot up again by uninstalling the drivers. It booted up and asked me to find new drivers. Had no sound through HDMI. Downloaded latest drivers and right after they installed the same thing happened

Have you removed the PS4 software yet?

Not yet. I can try that next gotta boot back into safe mode to do anything and for some reason it's quite difficult. I see different recommendations on keys to boot directly into safe mode but it seems to be random based on how many times I boot up the computer in succession or power cycle it

What model do you have? I'd be more likely to suspect a failing GPU than a bad driver, since you have installed the latest driver twice now, and we haven't been hearing from everyone else with he same chipset. Depending on model, just installing a GPU in the expansion slot will disable the onboard one, which should fix the symptoms even if the issue still exists with the onboard GPU.
