Predator Helios 300 (PH315-53-781R) Sync/Freesync question

I am planning on buying the Predator Helios 300 (PH315-53-781R) that has a RTX 2060 or another model that has a RTX 2070. What monitor (27 inches) could I buy that is compatible and it is not too expensive. I am 70 years old and will use it for Flight Simulator 2020 and Visual Studio 2019 mainly.
