Hello there,
My wife performed the Windows update on our Acer Swift 3 (SF314-51). When the computer restarted, she got the blue screen. I did some googling, and a lot of folks recommended looking at the bios. I restarted the computer and pressed F2 to enter the Bios. The hard drive was still detected, the time/date was correct, and the boot sequence looked correct. I exited the bios without making any changes. When I restarted the computer, instead of the blue screen, I just get “No Bootable Device”.
Looking for assistance in getting this issue addressed so the computer can be usable again. Unfortunately, we have many files on the computer that have not been backed up. We would like to recover these at all costs.
Thank you in advance.
