I bought 8x2 gb ram which is 2666mhz is the run speed but in my task manager it say 2400mhz. Is my unit support 2666mhz?

No, maximum frequency support by your motherboard/CPU is 2400mhz.
That's why speed is downclock to 2400mhz

No need to worry if both rams have same voltage, frequency, equal CL (cas latency)
Performance will be excellent you can run userbenchmark and check
