I am using Nitro 5 Ryzen 5 AN515-43-R2M9, it get's overheated in idle condition..

IDLE - When the power mode is set to high performance the idle temp is 70-80 degree celsius (RAM usage - 25%)
And when in power saver, idle temp is 45-55 degree celsius even though no hardcore gaming or heavy task is performing..(RAM usage - 20%),
GAMING - While gaming in power saver I can't play games in low setting also FPS is always around 30FPS and Temp - 75-degree celsius,
And if I put to high performance the temp will go to 95-97 degrees celsius and over throttling happens ( game fps drops from 60 to 2-3 for 5 sec every 30 sec ).
How can I fix this?? Pls, help. My laptop is around 10 months old.

Not 20% RAM usage in power saver...it's around 30-45% & in high performance, it's around 40-55%.
