C27 Audio Not Working
Just got a new C27 AIO. I have it connected to a Samsung TV via HDMI and to external Bose speakers via the headphone jack. Clicking on the Sound icon in the taskbar notifications area I get choices for Speakers (Realtek(R) Audio and Samsung. But, no sound comes out.
I've tried the Sound Troubleshooter. It lists the Speakers, but says the connection to them is on the front side of the computer. There is no connection anywhere on the front of the "monitor", so I used the headphone jack as I did on my previous Z-series AIO. If I click to open Audio Enhancements it says "The device you are configuring has been removed" in that window and the main window says "Audio services not responding." I get the same error message if I do not click to open Audio Enhancements. And, the exact same thing happens for the Samsung.
I've also tried to download the audio drivers from the Acer site for the C27 but it seems to end up in an endless loop of removing the drivers and needing a reboot. Once it reboots it does not seem to load the new drivers.
Please advise ASAP. Thanks.
