(AN517-51) Reset my battery to fix a charging issue, but now my keyboard lights are not turning on
As the title mentioned, I was struck with a problem that caused my computer to be 'charging' in a sense that was only keeping the battery percent up as much as it could, slowly declining over the months until I noticed that I have not gone over 20% battery over many weeks of using it. So, after looking on help guides and being told to remove and re-install the battery (alongside uninstalling the battery drivers), I have now fixed the solution and I am seeing my battery go up to 40% and beyond for the first time in months.
However, after fixing this problem, a new one has entirely replaced it -- being that my keyboard lights are now permanently off and not turning on regardless if I allow it on Nitro Sense or using Fn+F9 (the manual way to turn on the keyboard lights).
Did reinstalling new drivers cause this? or have I unintentionally made a new problem while fixing the old one? I know it's just a trivial thing to not have the keyboard lights on, but I do play often at night and I have become accustomed to the lights guiding my fingers when I type or play games. Any help on fixing this new problem is appreciated. c:
