Hello!

I have a G9-793 which is stuck in a boot loop, and has been for a while. I've had strange faults with it before, with sudden restarts, not booting with 2nd HDD plugged in and such. It is now stuck on the first splash screen, with the Predator logo. It seemes like it don't want to boot from the SSD, as the HDD light is solid on, but no spinning dots appear, before it reboots and tries again. I've tried to put a layer of electrical tape on the kill switch to test, and tried the battery reset, but it dosen't seem to help. Does anyone have some good tips to try? Worth noting that HDD2 is still removed from the laptop as it was stuck in a loop earlier this year with it connected

    Hi @Sayas

Try a battery power drain after reset bios default settings, check if the power stich its properly pressed bythe ram compartment door and properly screwed you can also try to test the ram by swapping it to another slot (if you have 2 sodimms try each single one on both slots) if possible try/test your drive in another device these are just a few troubleshooting options you could try to see if you can get it fixed if you think you have a corrupted uefi partition you ca try this:
