Acer nitro 5 fan issue

think i have an issue with the fans and would like to hear your opinion.
So I have the same laptop as in the video, got the repasting done from ACER centre. Now, as we can see the two fans vent out air side by side. But when my fans are at max RPM ( gaming), I observe that only one of the fans is throwing out a lot of hot air, whereas the other fan throws a negligible amount. So do i have to replace/repair my fan? And I think its an issue because my GPU stays around 70 - 80 degrees max while CPU keeps jumping to 95- 97 degrees.

PS: Earlier my CPU also stayed in the 80s, and this spike now causes lag and stutter.

These are the two vents. What I meant is, when I set both fans to max RPM, only one fan throws out hot air from the right vent, whereas it is almost no air from the left one. I have got the cleaning done, repast done and don't know what to do. Please help.
