Why are my fans sounding really wierd?

I am having a different issue, my laptop fan was wounding weird like if the blade of the fan was hitting something else, does anyone know how to fix this.

Then open it up and check if any wire comes in contact with the fan. 
Go search from Youtube, see if any video there about how to service your model.

Sometimes it may not be exact same model, usually a similar model may have
the same take down process.
