Helios 300 GPU fan "clicking / vibrating"

Hello !
I bought my Acer Predator Helios 300 8 months ago and suddenly, two months ago it started making abnormal noises. 
I have seen many others have had this issue and a fix that seemed to work for most people was to lubricate the fan axis. I did this and after powering it on, the GPU fan clicking noises were gone.
I thought I was finally done with this issue but yesterday, the noises came back :c 
So I thought that I'd do the exact same thing, maybe I didn't put enough lubricant last time.
Once opened, there was indeed no visible lubricant left (which is maybe normal). I put some (a bit more than last time) lubricant on the axis but the trick doesn't seem to work this time.

Have guys found any other fixes?
