A question about heat

Hello,

I recently bought a Predator Helios 300 2019 version and I have not owned a predator product before,
I bought this computer very recently about a week ago and I noticed that when I play a game say Battlefield 4 and I used Turbo boost for the cooling the temperatures of my GPU are around 60-70 degrees how ever my CPU is around fluctuates around 80-85 and without the max cooling it goes to 90 (which I assumed why the max is there in the first place) I wanted to ask if this is normal for the life span of the laptop? is there anything I can do to lower the heat besides setting the battery maximum usage to 99% ? also is the thermal paste applied on Predator products any good? as gaming laptop thermal pastes from stock get a bad rap,
