Why is my Acer Predator G3-710 "halting" for 10 minutes with the boot logo?

My computer halts right after the "Acer" logo appears, then all of the USB power disappears on all connected devices. There is no activity heard from the computer (besides fans spinning) After about 10 minutes of waiting the USB power will turn back on and the windows loads within seconds. To me it seems that this error is either a Chipset hardware or BIOS firmware issue and the only way to fix it is through flashing or changing the motherboard. I have tried using the available updates available, but none seem to fix the issue. 

Are any Acer technicians looking into this case? I think a lot of other users are struggling with the same issue as me.

I haven't heard of anything that sounds like that. Does it happen before or after the BIOS screen could come up? Try going into BIOS to see whether the delay is during POST or during the OS load.
