Two Questions - GPU Upgrade and if needed what PSU is compatible to upgrade - Orion 3000 - P03-600

This is my first gaming PC and I already am looking at upgrading the GPU.  I see the new orion 3000 is running a 500w PSU with the RTX 2060 so I assume this is a safe upgrade from the 1060 that came with my computer.  My question is am I able to push this up to the 2060 super or 2070 super and if not does anyone know what PSU is compatible with the P03-600 system that I can switch it out with to do this upgrade?  If none of this is possible I guess it's time to start building a new computer that has room for upgrades.
