Can't restore/reinstall Windows 10 on Acer Aspire 3 Laptop after crash

I hope you can help me with my laptop as it will not start-up/load Windows 10.
After receiving a blue error screen with "stop code" on it, my laptop crashed and I cannot restart it. After it crashed, I restarted it and "automatic repair" set it, but unfortunately it could not repair my laptop. When I press alt and F10 keys together or the F8 key during boot-up, I get a blue screen with several options on it. If I click on "troubleshoot" option, I get the following options: 1. Start-up Repair; 2.Command Prompt; 3.Uninstall Updates; 4.UEFI Firmware Setting; 5. System Restore; and 6. System Image Recovery.
When I click on "system restore", I get the following message: "To use System Restore, you must specify which Windows installation to restore. Restart this computer, select an operating system, and then select System Restore."
If I click on "system image recovery" option, I get the following messages "An internal error occurred. The following information might help you resolve the error: STATUS_WAIT_2(0x80070002)."
I know that my laptop has a recovery partition on it as I used it around 6 months ago to reset my computer. Can anyone help me to get my laptop working again?
