-Check if you disable headphones device from sound playback tab.
-just follow the instructions that are given down below and you will be done:
    1. First of all, open up the Windows Settings window by pressing Windows key + I.
    2. Then, once the Settings window is up, stay on the System tab and click on Sound on the right-hand side.

    3. There, at the top, click on the Choose where to play sound drop down menu to expand it.

    4. Then, click on the Add device option provided. In order to be able to connect to a device via Bluetooth, you will first need to turn on Bluetooth on your computer.

    5. Once you have done that, go through the on-screen prompts to go through the process of adding your device manually.

Optimizer.exe can be a virus, but that is certainly not true for all of them it changes some system settings that's why it show as virus by some scanners

No need to worry its 100% safe you can go ahead

What is the maximum temperature can I5-11400H processor can handle? Whenever I play an AAA game like RDR2 or GTAV with optimal setting, my CPU temperature is 85-91 Celsius degree. Will my CPU die if I play too long at that temperature range?
P/s: Please forgive me if my question is not related to this topic. I don't know where to ask and don't want to start a new topic for this.

Thermal throttling start at 89°C Celsius so it's not good.

    solutions-
    1)Fps cap
Capping fps to lower like 30, 45 ,50, 60 can greatly lower cpu temperature and keep cool
(Cap you fps through Nvidia software or use RTSS)

2)Prop the laptop up with books around the sides to reduce heat

Grab stack of 2-4 books that are equally thick. Slide the spine of a book 2–3 inches (5.1–7.6 cm) under the right side of the laptop. Do the same on the left side of the laptop.

[You can also Buy good cooling pad in which stands are inbuilt, its better than books]

3)Sometime room temperatures are also high cause laptops to overheat easily

Thank you for your advice! I already used a cooling pad, maybe I will try lowering FPS.

Just make sure you are using  cooling pad with stands (Height Adjustment)

Thanks for reminding me! My cooling pad is adjustable with 3-heights. 2-fans with slow fan speed (2000-3000 rpm) is the only problem.

Very useful guide and is the most comprehensive guide I have come across that has actually worked to solve stuttering issues.

I only needed to follow Steps 2,3,4,6,10 & 11 & also simply restored my Nvidia control panel to default (did not need to change any settings) and was enough to see a performance gain and had minimal stuttering in games. Tested games on my very budget low end laptop Aspire 5 - A515-55G with 8GB RAM and GeForce MX350: Farcry 5 on low settings @900P, WRC 10 in medium settings @720P. Both are intensive heavy demanding games and my laptop was able to handle with some minimal stutter, not super smooth FPS but the steps meant that I could have an enjoyable experience. I could finally drive to the end of the level in WRC 10 whereas before applying these changes, the stuttering was so bad I had to abandon the game. I found with my Acer Aspire 5- A515 better cooling = better performance so I would recommend also getting a quality laptop cooling pad to keep performance even more consistent.

Had Farcry 5 installed on SSD and WRC10 on eSSD USB 3.0. Will see what other games will perform well.

Overall super work by the poster @GAMING6698. Thank you for your help!

EDIT: Wrong, I spoke too soon, the stuttering in games has returned and I am not sure what is wrong.
