Nitro AN515-42 is not charging the battery

I bought the computer in January, I had no issues, but since the 8th of august I have a diminished percentage of the battery, very slow but now I am at 92% and will not charge, I have tried resting the battery with the pin but that did not fix the problem I also uninstalled the windows battery drivers, and that did nothing , I testes the power plug with a voltmeter and it works . If I disconnect the power cord the battery drain will go faster and will not recharge back to 100%. The computer is always connected to the power . So is there a way to fix this problem ?

This happens with allot of batteries especially replacement batteries that are always plugged into the mains. Have a look at this article on "How to Calibrate Your Laptop Battery” here: https://techviral.net/calibrate-laptop-battery/ which should fix your problem. I’m having the same problem(s) as you and recalibrating the battery fixes this problem temporarily but not 100% as a battery has to be used without being charged into the mains all the time.

That’s great to hear that it worked for you, as far as "do you advice to not have it permanently connected" if you use your laptop extensively then having it plugged in is not a problem as long as you periodically unplug it from the charger and use the battery, that is what I do and it works100% for me. In this situation the battery 100% charge is really a symbolic thing as the laptop would work anyway on just the charger and the laptop plugged into the mains.

Thanks for the advice, just to clarify that its not a replacement battery. I read the article, the only thing I cannot do is charge the battery to 100% because that is the problem, the battery is not charging, If I do not unplug the power supply the percentage will not go down, it only goes down when I unplug the supply. Would the 92% capacity hamper the calibration process?
