How to fix white screened Monitor?

Hello everyone,

It happened only ONCE and now it seems permanent, I was casually playing a game a few days ago and the screen went white but my other acer monitor was completely fine (I'm using it right now). I did some troubleshooting myself...tried things such as; turn my monitor off and on (simple), changed the power cable of my monitor, changed the cable that goes from GPU to monitor (from dvi to HDMI) and left my monitor unplugged for a couple days. ALSO tried just plugging it into a socket and still white screens, which I can only assume it will be something wrong with the monitor. Nothing has changed in the slightest.

I have tried contacting Acer through email and they're not answering for some reason, they gave me 48 hours for a reply and I was fine with that but it has now been like 74 hours.
Don't know if this is possible to fix at home or not, but i would like to know or someone could help me get in contact with acer.

The monitor is XF270HAbmidprzx, SN-MMT4ZEE005742099634203

    Hi @RyanL

1.Remove the monitor cable and replace it with a new one. Whether you're using HDMI, components, DVI, or another cable format, faulty cables can cause myriad monitor problems. If the monitor works with a new cable, you've found the problem.

2.Check your monitor connections. It's possible you crossed your cables somewhere or accidentally plugged the monitor cable in upside-down. Incorrect cable connections can cause an array of monitor troubles.

3.Test your PC with a new monitor and new cables. If you're still experiencing problems, the issue could be with your video card or your device drivers. This will require professional assistance given that you can't make changes without viewing what you are doing.
