There could be different issues that caused this error ‘no bootable device’ and you have to systematically annul and pin point the exact problem, start by doing the following”

    Remove and put back >

Open laptop and check if the hardware components like the spinner HDD (if it’s got one?) is faulty, if its gotone, then listen to any clicks and/or noises coming from the HDD, if it does, then the HDD is damaged or faulty. For SSD drives see if the BIOS (press F2-F12 at boot) recognises the SSD drive in the 'Boot" section? Check RAM, remove clean and put back making sure that the RAM is seated in its slots(s).

    System Repair >

    1. Insert Windows 10 64bit installation DVD disc or bootable USB, if you don't have one then make one from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 "Create Windows 10 installation media" and go through the steps.
    2. Change boot order inside BIOS (press F2-F12 at boot) to have the USB or DVD boot first >
    3. After the disc loads, boot from the media and choose “Repair your computer.” "Next" >
    4. First try to “Reset this PC’ and choose its most appropriate options then if that doesn’t work then under ‘Advanced options’ choose ‘Startup Repair’. If these options can't troubleshoot the "no bootable device" issue on your computer, you'll have to go to ‘Command Prompt’ option to solve problem manually.

Command Prompt option - enter command line "bootrec.exe /FixMbr" and press enter in Command Prompt window. If it is executed successfully, you'll be greeted with "The operation completed successfully". That means MBR (Master Boot Record) has been repaired. If you still can't get rid of the startup issue, you can try command "bootrec.exe /RebuildBcd" to rebuild BCD.

If all these options do not repair your system so that it boots then your HDD or SSD is damaged and needs replacing, good luck.
