Hello, community.
I'm a new member of this forum. Just created my account to see if I can receive any kind of help regarding to this problem. Let me tell you what happened.
I was charging my laptop as usual. I think it was fully charged 5 minutes before being powered on. A few seconds later, plugged the USB cable of my mobile 4G device. Before this, turned off the Wi-Fi connection, since I was gonna use the USB cable (shares data over it).
The problem comes a few seconds later, when a BSOD appears. Didn't had a chance to write the error code, honestly didn't thought it was gonna be a problem like this. BSOD dissapeared and the W10 repair screen was there. I decided to shut down my laptop and turn it on again. But I couldn't go further the Acer loading screen. After that, it says "No bootable device".
After loading the BIOS pressing F2, the NVME Drive wasn't being detected by my laptop. It says "none" on the HDD0 or the HDD1 line. Doesn't shows up on the boot section, on boot priority.
This was like one hour ago. I decided to open the back plate of my laptop and manually check the NVME drive connected (it's a SK Hinix NVME of 128GB, the default one). It looks normal to me, plugged it again and nothing.
I'm worried, was my NVME drive damaged somehow?
Thanks.
