Swift 5, won't boot to any state? (dead?)

I bought this not so long ago and I don't even use it that much since I'm on the stationary both at home and at work, anyway. I booted the computer last night to do some writing in bed, then I turned it off, booted it again this morning and continued to write on it, it was all fine. Then I placed it on the table and went away for just 15 minutes, when i come back the monitor is black (I just though it went into sleep mode, as it should), but it won't start, the computer is like, it died?

The power button don't do anything, I tried holding it down for well over 30 seconds, tried doing the battery reset, I also put the power cord in, it's like the computer can't be started any more. When I put the cord in the orange light shines. I tried the battery reset button on the backside, but that didn't help. The thing is, that it's very wam, like it's doing something, but the fans not even running on it, it's completely dead quiet.

This is a Swift 5, SF514-54GT-57S6, bought just two months ago, almost not used.

Did you do the full battery reset, or just pushed the button? You should push and hold the button for 15-30 seconds with power disconnected, then wait for 15-30 minutes before plugging the power back in and allow it to get to full charge before turning it back on. It's easy to be a little impatient and short a step, leaving it still confused.
