PH317-53 - Overheating - BSOD - FREEZING

Hello,

I purchased my laptop back in November and every day my hate for this laptop becomes greater and greater. I'm having several issues with my laptop that are only progressing worse and worse.

My CPU averages around the high 90s. Iv looked at using TS and i get a few hours with TS before I get the BSOD with the UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION. Without TS I can get a few hours of gameplay of call of duty warzone and my laptop freezes completely and I have to do a hard reset to kill the power and restart the laptop. I'm honestly stuck for ideas.

Iv looked at so much things as to why I'm getting the above BSOD as its only been happening since around March. 

I have also did the maximum CPU usage in the battery settings and tweaked that from 100% - 99% as iv heard that helps with overheating. 

All in all with TS and CPU usage changed I get a few hours of gaming before I BSOD/ Freeze with temps around high 80s which is a lot better than 97+.


Does anyone have any suggestions as to what could be causing the Freezes/ BSOD/ High Temps i have listed above.

ImVexal optimise your windows properly if you havent already and seems you probably need to get it  properly cleaned/repasted with kryonaut or similar if you re able to without voiding your warranty or send it to acer to get it repasted with stock paste also a stock recovery clean install wouldnt be a bad idea but backup whatever u  need first ALT+F10 on boot and delete everything option to completely rule out any software issues also disable windows from updating drivers/firmware or even completely only update whatever you need manually and when needed you can also give a check here either way good luck
