predator helios 300 nvidia 1050ti issue

hi

i have a predator helios 300 and recently after a windows update i noticed the 1050ti card was not working and has an exclamation mark saying service had been stopped , ive checked with gpuz and its recognised but bios version ram and shaders are greyed out. i hardly used this for gaming and

that the card has possibly failed.

i updated the laptop bios then it was fine for 5 minutes and even tried a game which was ok on it but now its gone back to the yellow exclamation mark again? could 1050 bios be corrupt? ive tried numerous driver installs and even removed them completely, even did a fresh windows install and still same.

what is the exact model? example an515-51-75kz. Try restarting the battery:

If the problem still occurs, as you said the problem occurred after a windows update, try reinstalling windows:

boltonguy2k find out what was the update and uninstall it if needed uninstall all latest one by one never let windows update drivers/firmware or even disable it completely try older nvidia drivers for ex im still using 416.94 since they came out and no issues good luck

ive done battery reset and booted windows still yellow mark I disabled it In device manager and disabled and renabled no yellow mark now loaded a game and all seems ok il retest when I reboot later today I’m using original driver off acer website

it seems to be working now, my battery is goosed and i disabled acpi compliant battery because laptop keeps beeping and dimming when on charger, when i re-enabled it the yellow sign went off and gfx card is now been seen, but getting annoying dimming and beeps every minute when battery charges and stops charging due to battery not working correct but at least gfx card is not goosed,
