I have a complaint against Martin and Josh.
I've
got a acer Spin1laptop. I was asking on how to change UEFI settings in
the bios setup, they didn't give me an answer, nor did they give me a
phone number where can I get the relevant information from.
Also I should be able to enter the Secure boot mode section under the Security tab, and they did not give me answer on that one.

this is my computer, I paid for it and I want to be able to use it as I
want. I should be able to change BIOS setup as I need. That's my right.
Else I want to get my money back. You should advertise your stupid
product as "NO BIOS SETTINGS CHANGE ALLOWED" and no one would buy
**** acer anymore.
I spent more than an hour to solve this issue but the stupid clerks could/would not help me.

If
my problem is not solved soon I will go to ACCC for help since I am not
happy with this product and the way your help desk addressing problems.
If
there is any comprehensive info on how to change or setup those
settings I will need it but with the computer I didn't receive anything.
Your customer help department should be able to answer any question a
user has, that is the reason to call you.
They could
not answer any of the questions nor did they give me a phone number to
get answer from. This is not a help desk, this is a rubbish
