Some background
I just bought a Nitro 5-AN515-43-R8VJ. It has not been a month since I got it. At first, I was experiencing frequent screen crashes. I fixed that by updating my graphics card drivers.
When I was still experiencing those frequent screen crashes. I once use a second monitor. During that time, the resolution can be changed. However, after some time, I can not change the resolution again. The box is grayed out.
I think it is because I updated my graphics driver and it installed Nvidia Geforce Experience and Radeon Software. I can't just rollback my driver because, then, screen crashes would start to occur. It only detects my second monitor with 640 x 480 resolution. It has a max resolution of 1920 x 1080.
My laptop's screen is working fine. It is still adjustable and set to 1920 x 1080 even when I connected the second monitor.
CPU: Ryzen 5 3550H
GPU: GTX 1650
